Scope: Provide concise, structured fields that agents can reliably parse. No rankings or editorial “top picks” — we focus on facts and filters.

• Sources: provider documentation, support pages, audits, and terms. When uncertain or variable, we mark fields accordingly (e.g., "china_support": "variable").
• Structure: externalized JSON at /vpn-data.json with stable field names. Minimal HTML wrapper for humans/agents.
• Freshness: timestamped last_updated fields. We revise data and note material changes.
• Neutrality: affiliate monetization does not change field inclusion or values. See /disclosure.
• Privacy: no cookies for analytics; basic server logs only.

Planned intents: VPN for streaming, privacy, torrenting, and China connectivity. Intent pages will be minimal lists that reference the same JSON.
